The hotel consists of 110 rooms over 5-levels including a rooftop bar, function room, restaurant, fitness centre and hotel swimming pool.

Collab Capital’s due diligence to identify an operator for the hotel attracted significant interest from international brands. Hilton was selected as the operator and are expected to add significant value to the offering and guest experience of the hotel.
