  • John has over 25 years of experience within the construction and property industry, combining both practical onsite experience with executive general management positions held both nationally and internationally.

    John’s strengths lie in his in-depth knowledge of the development and construction process, and his ability to identify and bring together the best teams to successfully deliver quality projects. John is a passionate campaigner for utilising more modern and sustainable methods of construction and is a highly thought of leader in his field.

  • Developed over a period of 20 years, Ashley brings to the team diverse and cross-functional expertise and experience in construction, private equity and management consulting in the property infrastructure and real estate sectors. His strong record of achievements within Australia and South Africa has provided him with the skills to structure, analyse and implement complex strategies within Collab Capital’s project and investment portfolio, and effectively manage these transactions in both the public and private sector for developers and investors.

  • A highly experienced individual in the construction industry, Paul provides leadership, direction and support to ensure client satisfaction through the safe, profitable and timely delivery of projects that meet the contract and client requirements. Paul is also responsible with ensuring that all appropriate policies, procedures and practices are all adhered to throughout project delivery from start to finish.

  • A highly qualified and experienced finance professional, Rob has extensive experience in senior financial executive roles. He possesses strong analytic skills deriving from his experience in property development, construction civil, mining services and engineering industries. Rob provides the development and implementation of financial business plans, strategy and forecasts, systems and various cost saving initiatives for all of Collab Capital’s project and investment portfolio.

  • Bill is a registered builder in WA and a member of the Royal Institute of Quantity Surveyors and brings to the team over 35 years of experience in construction and property development throughout the UK and Australia. He has extensive experience in delivering large-scale and high-quality design and construct projects to both the private and public sector across healthcare, commercial, leisure, hotel and residential property. Prior to joining Collab Capital, Bill was National Development Director of Mirvac Resource Partnerships. Prior to that, he served as Development Director and Construction Director at Mirvac where he played a key role in driving the company’s growth.

  • With a keen eye for streamlining processes and optimising project timelines, Chengcheng goes above and beyond to exceed the expectations of both the business and client. Her dedication to ensuring that each project unfolds with efficiency and precision is a testament to her commitment to Collab Capital’s vision and goals. Her exceptional attention to detail and adept problem-solving skills make her an invaluable member of the team. Chengcheng's role is pivotal in upholding the company's reputation for excellence and reliability in property development and investment, both domestically and internationally.

Her steadfast commitment to cultivating a productive and positive work environment underscores her significance within the Collab Capital team.

Using her extensive experience working in Government, she ensures that all projects and investments within the Collab Capital portfolio are effectively monitored and compliant through their policies and procedures.
